Return Period

The return period is 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

General Return Conditions

The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
A proof of purchase (receipt) is mandatory. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are exempt, including: perishable products (food, magazines), intimate/sanitary products, gift cards, and downloadable software.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be granted if the item is:
Returned after 30 days (maximum).
Opened (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.).
Damaged or incomplete for reasons not due to our error.

Sale Items and Exchanges

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not refundable. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged

Shipping and Return Costs

Shipping costs for the return are at your expense and non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping costs will be deducted. Sending expensive items with tracking or insurance is advised.
